Delivery of your order
Orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days if the item you've ordered is in stock.
For special orders or parts coming from overseas it could be awhile longer. We will do our best to provide information about the expected delivery time but please note that not all suppliers inform us of their stock status or expected delivery time.
There can be different reasons for delivery delays - sometimes there we experience stock variations, or delays within the postal service.
We are able to obtain most spares
We are able to get spare parts for most white goods and household appliances on the market. If you can't find the part you need please inform us of all the information on the name-plate - if possible, you can e-mail us a photo of the name-plate, this way we're sure we have all the information we need.
In some cases pictures of the defective part may be necessary for us to find the correct spare part.

Shipping & delivery fees
To ensure the best solution we have chosen to use GLS for all parcel shipments. All parcels are posted with a barcode. This way you are able to track the parcel, and we are able so ensure that GLS keeps the agreed deadlines.
Delivery prices are as follows:
UK (except the Channel Islands): £ 2.90
Ireland: £ 2.90
Channel Islands: £ 35
Malta: £ 41
Once you receive an e-mail with an order number, we have received your order. If you have not received an e-mail, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In some cases our e-mails get blocked by spam filters, the only way to make sure that you receive all our e-mails (containing order confirmation, etc.), is to add us as a secure contact in your e-mail system.
Can I purchase items that aren't shown on the website?
Should you need a spare part that isn't featured on our website, we are usually able to help you anyway. Contact our sales department, and we will do our best to help you: email@example.com
How will I know if the item is in stock?
We show a delivery status on all individual products on our website. The delivery status will indicate whether an item is in stock, and what the delivery time is.
The two different delivery statuses are as follows: in stock (delivery 1-2 days) not in stock (delivery 2-3 days). Note that this is the expected delivery time, and that the actual delivery time may be shorter or longer.
Delivery and postage
What is your estimated delivery time?
The delivery time will depend on the item you order. If the item is in stock the delivery time is 1-2 days. If the item is not in stock, the delivery time is usually 2-3 days.
What will happen if I do not pick up my parcel at the post office?
Should you forget to collect your parcel from the post office, it will be returned to us. Therefore, remember to collect it on time. If a parcel is retuned to us and we have not heard from you, we will contact you to discuss the next step.
How can I track my order?
All parcels are posted via GLS and once your order has been dispatched, you will recieve an e-mail with a track and trace number.
Via Track & Trace you can track your parcel. Please note that in some cases, it will take a day or two before the parcel has been registered with GLS and you are able to track it.
How do I return an item?
The return policy at sparesonweb.co.uk is 14 days.
Should you change your mind about your purchase, the item needs to be returned in the same condition in which you received it.
You are responsible for secure packaging and the cost of the postage in case of a return of an item.
The item must be posted to 54 Orwell Court, Jerrard Street, SE13 0TA, London.
If the item has been paid for via bank transfer, we also ask that you enclose details of the account number you want the refund to go to.

How do I pay for my items?
When shopping at sparesonweb.co.uk it is possible to pay with cards: PayPal, Visa-/ debit card, MasterCard, Meastro, American Express, Diners Club etc. or by bank transfer.
Is it secure to pay online?
Yes, it is secure! Your account information is being disseminated by a secure and encrypted SSL-connection to PBS and the information is not saved by Spares on Web.
How do I receive my invoice?
It will be sent to you via e-mail, when your item has been posted. We advise that you keep your invoice, as it is your proof of purchase in case an error has occurred with the purchase, or you should change you mind.
When is the money withdrawn from my account?
Your account won't be credited, until your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my order?
As incomming orders are packed throughout the day, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your order.
It's possible to make changes if the parcel haven't been dispatched yet. After dispatch it's no longer possible to make change to an order.
Can I cancel my order?
Up until the order has been dispatched, you can cancel it. However, after you have ordered, you won't be able to cancel it online. In this case you must contact customer service.
After dispatch it is no longer possible to cancel the order, but you are more than welcome to return it to us. Please note that you will be responsible for return postage fees.
